To MFASRF: Nothing new here.
Oh, except we completely restructured my mother's stock portfolio yesterday. And, I might consider refinancing our house in Prescott. MFA suggested it yesterday. I told him I won't do it unless it costs nothing, relieves us of at least $100 a month in payments and I don't have to do anything. MFA said he knows a guy who might do that as a favor to him. So, I might be getting my business feet wet, again, here shortly. Or, I guess, they already are.
